The Auckland Table Tennis Association is hosting The JFR 2023 Auckland Open Table Tennis Championships on Friday 18th (evening), Saturday 19th, and Sunday 20th August, 2023. The A Grade and D Grade Singles will begin on the evening of Friday 18th August at 7.00p.m. with the round robin group play only in order to accommodate all players.

Events range from Under 11 to Over 60, and from Junior Novice to Open. Entries close on Monday 14th August, 2023. Click here for the the entry form.

The Open Finals session will be held from 7.00p.m. onwards on Saturday 19th August, 2023.

We are excited to announce a partnership with JFR for the 2023 season – event sponsor of the JFR Open Men’s singles and the JFR Open Women’s singles.

The winners of the JFR Open Men’s singles and JFR Open Women’s singles will each receive $3,000 prize money.

The runners-up in the JFR Open Men’s singles and JFR Open Women’s singles will each receive $1,000 prize money.

All people present at the Open Finals session will go in the draw to win $1000***. In addition, all current Auckland table tennis stadium keyholders will go in the draw to win a free extension equal to the term of their current stadium keyholder membership.

Spot prizes to be distributed to spectators present at the Open Finals session include:

- Coca-Cola merchandise

- Tip Top ice cream

- confectionery

Entry is free for spectators.

*** the winners must be present in the Auckland table tennis stadium when the $1000 cash prize, and when the free extension to one current Auckland table tennis stadium keyholder membership, are drawn. If the winner is not present then there will be redraws until a winner is found who is present in the stadium. Tickets for the draws are available from 6pm – 7pm. The free extension to one current Auckland table tennis stadium keyholder membership will be equal to the current term of the applicable stadium keyholder membership
